About the Owner
Josmauri, the founder and owner of Maricasa Property Management, combines her love for travel with years of expertise in hospitality. Having spent nearly a decade as a travel nurse, her adventures have taken her to over 30 countries, where she experienced a diverse range of accommodations—from cozy hostels to luxurious resorts. These experiences inspired her to bring thoughtful, unique touches to her own hospitality business.
With eight years of experience in the hospitality business, Josmauri developed a deep understanding of guest care and attention to detail. Her passion for helping others and commitment to delivering exceptional property management services are at the core of Maricasa’s success.
Maricasa is more than a business; it’s a tribute to Josmauri’s late mother, nicknamed ‘Maricusa’, whose love for hosting and interior design continues to inspire the warm, welcoming experiences Maricasa creates for guests.
